Vacuum Switches

Vacuum switches ensure the safe operation of a vacuum circuit. In the mechanical version, the vacuum is measured via a membrane. A microswitch or valve is then activated. With the electronic design, the existing vacuum is measured via a sensor and issues an analog or digital switching signal.
